I hope you'll tell Serge that people he doesn't even know think that he is something of an angel.

Better yet, why don't I introduce the two of you and you can tell him yourself?

What a lovely story, toby. Isn't it amazing how much our lives are affected by chance encounters such as this?

Great pic and very inspirational poem. Thanks!

Hi Az! Always a pleasure to have you drop in.

I have been very fortunate to have friends who have contributed so much beauty and meaning to life. Without such friends, life too easily became an empty existence in a dark, uncaring world.

Some day, I would still like for you to show me the wonders of Sevilla!

That poem resonates with me on so many levels. And Serge. What an amazing photography. I think there is so much you can tell from a beautiful photograph like that. I don't have any grandparents in my life at the moment, so deeply miss spending time with people who have walked through much of the dream.

Indeed, Mandy, of all his translations of Toltec poetry that Serge has shared with me, this one brings tears to my eyes. It is so simple and so profound. Serge has been a source of inspiration in so many ways. Often, I have found an envelope in my mailbox, addressed from Serge, containing a little collection of pictures and something he has translated, all without explanation; but then, no explanation is ever necessary, for the things he has sent me always speak for themselves. He is a most remarkable man.

Thank you for writing, Mandy.
